What is your refund or return policy?

We do not offer refunds or returns.  Defective hair extensions may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days of receipt.  Return shipping expenses for exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser.*

*Hair that has been worn, wet, washed, cut, dyed, installed, straightened, or excessively handled is not eligible for an exchange.  If you feel there has been an error concerning an order you have received, please contact us immediately.

How long will it take to receive my hair?

​

All orders, excluding custom orders, ship in 5-7 business days. Delivery is normally 3 business days after shipping in the United States.  International deliveries may take 10 days after shipping to arrive.  Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, the weekend, or a federal holiday, will be processed the following business day.

How much hair do I need to purchase for an install?

 

You will need 2-3 full bundles if using hair 10”-18” long. We recommend 3-5 full bundles for a full install of hair 20” and longer. Subtract one bundle for total bundles needed when using a closure or frontal. 

​

Order one set of clip-in hair extensions to create fullness and 2-3 sets for length.

Can I dye or color the hair?

​

Hair can and should only be colored by a licensed cosmetologist. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized. Occasionally, chemicals used in hair dye will loosen the curl pattern.

Can I straighten my curly hair extensions?

​

Yes, our curly hair can be straightened. As a caution, the more you straighten curly hair extensions, the looser the curl pattern will become.
